Job summary

candidates must have at least four years of maintenance and repair experience across multiple trades (painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical). High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience performing general maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Practical skill in painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
• Experience with HVAC repair and maintenance is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patch holes and cracks in walls/ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hang doors and install locks.
• Maintain and repair equipment and machinery; support building systems.
