Job summary

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across assigned facilities. The role requires hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry, doors (interior and exterior), and painting.

The position operates on the first shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm, offering a stable schedule and the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Experience with interior and exterior doors and related hardware.
• Strong maintenance skills across preventive and reactive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
• Handle reactive maintenance repairs as needed.
• Assist with door work, painting and general building maintenance.
