Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Waltham, MA. This direct-hire role offers a pay rate of $35.00–$37.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm schedule.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems to keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspections, CMMS documentation, OSHA compliance, and collaboration with contractors and site occupants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Maintain mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Complete filter changes, lubrication, belt replacements, coil cleaning, painting, and minor carpentry
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues
• Document maintenance and repair activities in the CMMS
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other maintenance equipment
• Assist contractors and support facility projects
• Follow OSHA requirements, safety procedures, and PPE standards
• Provide professional customer service to building occupants, vendors, and team members
