The position supports a variety of facilities under general supervision, with opportunities to lead temporary staff during certain assignments and events. A valid driver’s license and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in building/property maintenance preferred.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license required.
• Pre-employment background check and physical may be performed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains buildings to keep them safe and sanitary.
• Performs groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, and snow removal as needed.
• Repairs and maintains equipment and basic carpentry/electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Reports vandalism and secures buildings to protect property.
• Sets up facilities for trainings or events and supports routine maintenance.
• Work independently under general supervision with some lead duties as needed.
