Job summary

Crystal Springs, Inc. is a residential facility dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help ensure buildings are safe and functional.

You will perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks, maintain grounds to high standards, and assist with snow removal during winter. A valid driver's license and at least one year of facilities experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of facilities experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with others.
• Flexibility to work varied hours to meet department needs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform required motions.
• Background check, drug screening, and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Address minor maintenance issues promptly and maintain grounds to high standards.
• Carry out snow removal duties in winter to keep residents safe.
• Conduct carpentry repairs and painting as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance in a residential facility.
