Qualifications

• Five years of experience in general building maintenance or construction.
• Experience in carpentry, masonry, painting, and basic electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey level carpentry, masonry and painting tasks for maintenance.
• Respond to service calls for repairs including windows, doors, ceilings and floors.
• Maintain repair and maintenance logs
• Design plans for cabinets, shelving, benches and tables
• Prepare estimates of material, time and labor
• Process expenditures and work orders
• Build cabinets, shelves, benches and tables
• Assist with concrete and masonry repairs
• Keep worksite clean and store tools
• Create and track work orders in the database
