Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our communities in ensuring safe and welcoming environments for residents. You will perform routine and urgent maintenance on HVAC systems, elevators, fire protection devices, generators, and housing amenities.

Responsibilities include handling general maintenance projects, responding to requests from directors and residents, and coordinating with local authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge across building systems is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Strong communication with supervisors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Complete general maintenance projects as assigned and respond to requests from community directors and residents.
• Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal and building inspectors.
