Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.

This role requires 1-2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will follow established procedures and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
Follow defined procedures and communicate clearly.
Contribute to team output under supervision and guidance.
