Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to schedule work via system.
• High mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Available for emergency call-out and overtime.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License.
• Able to work from ladders, scaffolding, high and confined spaces.
• Able to lift 60 pounds.
• Forklift certification required.
• Duties include lighting, minor maintenance, furniture moves, dock ops, cleaning.
• Able to operate power sweeper, snow blower, lawn equipment.
• Two years of formal education in building maintenance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building maintenance and repairs, furniture systems, grounds keeping, snow removal, and cleaning.
• Set up conference rooms and AV equipment; change light bulbs.
• Support dock operations and general delivery duties.
• Travel to other sites within the Metro West region as needed.
