Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, heating, and related infrastructure).
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations, with a commitment to following Environmental and Safety policies.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities with attention to detail during inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Computer savvy; Information Technology training is a plus.
• High school diploma; vocational certification (e.g., HVAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance or craft tasks to keep machines, equipment, and facilities in repair.
• Use hand and power tools and measuring devices to complete maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical problems by reviewing manuals and blueprints and determine repair approach.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, plumbing, and related equipment.
