We are seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians for our Facilities Department on 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm).

Responsibilities:

• Support production by maintaining Facility, HVAC, Electrical, Water, Grounds, and overall building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, work area organization, spare parts tracking, emergency response, documentation, and predictive maintenance tasks.

Safety:

• Follow all safety policies including PPE, lockout/tagout, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain 5S organization in work areas.

Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Management:

• Support meeting overtime and budget goals, pursue cost reductions.
• Perform repairs on equipment such as HVAC, boilers, chillers, lighting, electrical systems, and others.
• Coordinate support for activities, manage spare parts, training, environmental compliance, documentation, and contractor interactions.
