Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $18.73 (minimum) - $23.41 (midpoint) - $28.09 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime
Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $20.92 (minimum) - $26.15 (midpoint) - $31.38 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

What You Will Be Doing
• Performing setups, operations, tool offsets, changes and editing programs on HMC Makino machines
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing to meet customer specifications
• Working with company specific databases, Microsoft and other computer programs to locate work instructions, blueprints, enter production, quality and other data for quality and traceability purposes
• Using various inspection tools and equipment including but not limited to calipers, micrometers and various gauges to ensure customer and company specifications are being met
• Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects.
• Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
• May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.


What we are looking for
• Previous CNC operations experience is highly desired
• Knowledge and proficiency with reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T is strongly preferred


Level 1:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Level 2:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum one year’s experience of machine operations is highly desired
