Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift Keystone

Base pay range

$24.45/hr - $36.38/hr

Job Summary

Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines, and other equipment to maintain and increase production flow. Provides own tools.

Responsibilities
  • Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen for issues.
  • Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts.
  • Inspect parts for imperfections and measure for dimensional accuracy.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and control instruments.
  • Lubricate, clean, and test equipment.
  • Operate metalworking tools for repairs and parts fabrication.
  • Initiate purchase orders for parts and equipment.
  • Repair electrical equipment and install new machinery as needed.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met, addressing concerns proactively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience. Ability to walk, handle tools, climb, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively. Basic math and reading skills required. Willingness to attend training to enhance skills.
