Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of responsible experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Detail-oriented to perform facility inspections.
• Mechanical skills and manual dexterity.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and ground services across all locations. Includes scheduling or performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations per agency policies to ensure safety and compliance.

Responds to service requests within 24 hours, prioritizing life-safety or emergency issues.

Conducts regular inspections of properties to identify repair or maintenance needs.

Coordinates with vendors or performs necessary actions to prepare apartment units for new residents.

Performs minor repairs such as lock repairs, key making, wall filling, painting, and outdoor structure repairs.

Performs cleaning and disinfecting of apartments and resident rooms.

Diagnoses and performs or schedules repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, appliances, structural elements, and more.

Maintains a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and standards are met.
