Responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and ground services across all locations. Includes scheduling or performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations per agency policies to ensure safety and compliance.
Responds to service requests within 24 hours, prioritizing life-safety or emergency issues.
Conducts regular inspections of properties to identify repair or maintenance needs.
Coordinates with vendors or performs necessary actions to prepare apartment units for new residents.
