Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Associate to manage day-to-day maintenance and preventive programs for assigned buildings, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid unrestricted driver's license, with on-call availability for emergencies around the clock. On-site, with benefits from day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years’ previous experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scheduling and/or completions of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roof preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Ensures timely response to and completions of tenant work orders and complaints.
• Coordinates proper inspections and routine testing of fire protection systems and equipment.
• Reports problems or discrepancies to supervisor in a timely manner.
• This position requires availability and/or on-call status for 24/7 for emergencies.
