Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent technical certification preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and some grounds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
• Work with external vendors to obtain bids for larger projects.
• Assist with ordering general supplies for the maintenance department.
