Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health is looking for a Maintenance Worker in Warwick, RI to handle building and grounds upkeep on a full-time, first-shift basis. The role involves routine maintenance, minor renovations, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep facilities safe and functional.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent, about three years of related experience, and basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, structural renovations, and janitorial tasks.
• Relocate furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks.
• Assist in fire and safety drills.
