Job summary
RTX in Springdale, Arkansas is seeking a Facilities / Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift to support a clean, climate-controlled machining and repair facility employing roughly 200 staff. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot CNC equipment, and ensure maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and calibration records to meet quality standards.

Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Experience with CNC equipment, Fanuc controllers, motors, drives.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machining centers.
- Diagnose electrical systems, motors, drives, sensors, and Fanuc controllers.
- Support maintenance of FPI, X-ray, forge, and heat-treat equipment.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to repair and install.
- Maintain calibration records and ERP data; use SAP in operations.
