RTX in Springdale, AR is seeking a First Shift Senior Supervisor, Facilities & Maintenance to lead multi-trade teams across carpentry, millwright, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and sheet metal. Responsibilities include overseeing construction, maintenance, and repair of utilities, buildings, and equipment, with coverage of off-hours and winter events.

The role requires an advanced degree or equivalent with 3+ years in leadership, facilities maintenance, or related projects; or a Bachelor's with 5+

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with leadership/maintenance experience.
• Bachelors with 5+ years in leadership, facilities maintenance, or related projects.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret building infrastructure schematics.
• Experience supervising multi-trade teams and coordinating contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line leadership to multi-trade personnel (carpentry, millwright, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal).
• Lead process improvements, data utilization, and implement creative solutions aligned with goals.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and reduce downtime; ensure safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with Management, Security, EHS, internal customers, and contractors.
