Job summary

Tri-County Council for the LESMD in Salisbury, MD is seeking a full-time Facilities Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and grounds.

The role covers carpentry, drywall, lighting/HVAC filter changes, painting, vehicle and building cleaning, minor plumbing/electrical work, and snow or debris removal as needed; strong attention to safety and quality is expected.

Summary

Performs routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and grounds. This position requires the following

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facility and grounds maintenance and repairs
  • Basic carpentry and drywall

QualificationsQualifications

Language Skills

Intermediate skills- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
