Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and considerable custodial experience.
• Knowledge of custodial methods, materials and equipment.
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and small engine repair knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; strong judgment and problem solving.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math and communicate effectively; prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop and wax floors and furniture.
• Clean and maintain lavatories.
• Arrange and move office equipment and furniture.
• Wash windows, walls and woodwork.
• Gather and dispose of refuse.
• Operate maintenance and custodial equipment and tools.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry basics.
• Maintain inventory and order custodial supplies.
• Maintain records and reports as required.
• On-call duties on periodic weekends as needed.
