Qualifications

• Previous related experience is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Continuous walking, standing, and some bending will be required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans designated lots, garages, bathrooms, offices, and lobbies.
• Ensures parking lots and garages are free of debris.
• Replace light bulbs and ensure all areas are well lighted.

Skills

Good verbal/written communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Able to lift 50 lbs or heavier

Education

HS Diploma or equivalent
