Job summary

Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Facilities Technician to keep agency facilities and vehicles in safe, working condition. The role includes minor repairs, lawn care, and supporting operations across a 21-county area, with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm.

Pay is $21.00 per hour plus benefits. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 1–3 years of maintenance experience with tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or maintenance (tools provided).

Responsibilities

• Complete minor repairs in facilities including plumbing, construction, concrete work, etc.
• Assist in unloading the commodity truck as needed.
• Maintain the underground sprinkler system.
• Mow and trim the Loup City buildings.
• Complete work orders within the 21-county service area.
• Adhere to CNCAP policies and procedures.
• Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner.
