A valid Wisconsin driver's license is required. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and control systems, carpentry, and coordinating with contractors for on-site work, with occasional snow clearing and seasonal grounds duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform building, equipment, grounds, and custodial maintenance.
