Job summary

Sunday River is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our resort facilities in top condition. You will perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, leak fixes, and heating/cooling system troubleshooting, contributing to a safe and welcoming guest experience.

You will handle grounds care, snow removal, daily facility checks, and rapid response to maintenance requests across front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair & Maintenance: Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, leak fixes, and troubleshooting for heating/cooling systems.
• Grounds Care: Shovel snow, mow lawns, and keep landscaping looking its best.
• Facility Checks: Conduct daily maintenance rounds and logs, ensuring smooth operations across front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, and exterior areas.
• Rapid Response: Address maintenance requests from guests and team members with efficiency and professionalism.
• Safety First: Follow Sunday River’s policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

• Grounds Care: Shovel snow, mow lawns, and keep landscaping looking its best.
• Facility Checks: Conduct daily maintenance rounds and logs, ensuring smooth operations across front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, and exterior areas.
• Rapid Response: Address maintenance requests from guests and team members with efficiency and professionalism.
• Safety First: Follow Sunday River’s policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Compensation & Benefits
