Job summary

Sunday River Resort is seeking a Lodging Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance team by performing routine tasks and addressing guest room needs. The role requires practical knowledge of facility management and hands-on mechanical troubleshooting, with the ability to work independently or in a team to uphold high standards of guest comfort.

• Perform annual preventative maintenance in rooms
• Maintain Health Club facilities
• Assist with special projects as needed

Must enjoy working individually and as a team with a great group of people. The Lodging Maintenance Technician is tasked with carrying out maintenance duties as assigned by the leadership team to maintain the integrity of the facility, maintenance systems, and established maintenance protocols to ensure a quality guest experience. The duties and tasks may vary from one day to the next, but duties and work will be consistent over the long term. Responsibilities include the ability to complete tasks as assigned thoroughly, in a timely manner, with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Wages range from $20-$24/hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
