Job summary

Boyne Resorts, at Sunday River, seeks an Lodging Maintenance Technician to perform daily building upkeep, assist guests, and carry out preventative maintenance in guest rooms and facility areas. You will work with the Lodging Maintenance leadership team to uphold maintenance protocols and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

The role requires solid knowledge of facility management and mechanical troubleshooting, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, pool and spa care, or other specialty skills.

• Perform annual preventative maintenance in rooms

Overview

Join Sunday River's Lodging Maintenance team! Maintenance Techs must have a solid working knowledge of facility management as well as mechanical troubleshooting skills. Must enjoy working individually and as a team with a great group of people. The Lodging Maintenance Technician is tasked with carrying out maintenance duties as assigned by the leadership team to maintain the integrity of the facility, maintenance systems, and established maintenance protocols to ensure a quality guest experience. The duties and tasks may vary from one day to the next, but duties and work will be consistent over the long term. Responsibilities include the ability to complete tasks as assigned thoroughly, in a timely manner, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Wages range from $20-$24/hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
