Facilities Maintenance Technician

Ocean Spray is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of its corporate facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and common areas.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Support material handling, including moving furniture and office setups.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.
• Provide backup mailroom coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: Knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices in facility maintenance.
• Required: Skill in operation of power/manual tools and light/heavy equipment.
• Required: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Required: Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Required: Flexible schedule (on call once every three weeks).
• Preferred: 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or office environment.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).

Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience.

Annual Salary: $44,900 - $61,710.
