Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for on-site to perform routine building maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. The role is full-time, non-exempt, hourly, reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, with an 8-hour shift from Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Performs routine building maintenance tasks across trades.

• Assist in upkeep of facilities and report issues to supervisor.
