Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that changes and problems are documented and communicated effectively.
- Carry out assigned tasks and work orders with minimal supervision.
- Communicate with the office team and FOMs regarding open issues and progress of assigned work.
- Successfully execute programs and work orders related to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Document and communicate work requirements and completion in the field.
- Work flexible hours, including being available on-call as needed.
Required Work Experience & Skills
- Proficient knowledge of maintenance procedures.
- Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, painting, drywall repair, and flooring repairs (proficiency in one or more areas is highly valued).
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Relevant vocational education or certifications.
- Proficient in computer and mobile phone use (iOS and Android preferred).
- Intermediate ability to read assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Proven mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to accept direction and complete tasks independently or as part of a team.
- Own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job (a recommended list will be provided).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and transport loads up to 80 lbs.
- Capability to apply up to 200 pounds of torque.
- Ability to work in bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying positions.
