Job Responsibilities

1. Support upgrades and modifications to existing plant equipment as necessary for design changes and new program processes.
2. Support installation of all new plant equipment.
3. Preventative maintenance and repair of all plant utilities and building equipment (lights, doors, plumbing, air handlers, etc.).
4. Preventative maintenance and repair of all plant boilers and plant chillers.
5. Preventative maintenance and repair of all plant air compressors and driers.
6. Recommend corrective action to Maintenance Supervisor in regard to equipment to help maximize use.
7. Maintain records of maintenance activities related to all equipment.
8. Rebuild and replace defective equipment.
9. Control maintenance costs.
10. Support production by maintaining all equipment to a high level of readiness.
11. Locate, obtain quotes, and create requisitions for repair parts as necessary for new equipment installations and maintenance repairs.
12. Comply with all REHAU Plant Cullman established safety and environmental procedures.
13. Service and repairs of HVAC system.
