Job Responsibilities:

• Support upgrades and modifications to existing plant equipment for design changes and new process implementations.
• Assist in the installation of new plant equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all plant utilities and building equipment (lights, doors, plumbing, air handlers, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all plant boilers and chillers.
• Maintain and repair plant air compressors and driers.
• Recommend corrective actions to the Maintenance Supervisor to optimize equipment use.
• Keep records of all maintenance activities related to equipment.
• Rebuild and replace defective equipment as needed.
• Manage and control maintenance costs.
• Support production by ensuring all equipment is maintained at a high level of readiness.
• Locate, obtain quotes, and create requisitions for repair parts for new equipment installations and repairs.
• Comply with all safety and environmental procedures established by REHAU Plant Cullman.
• Service and repair HVAC systems.
