Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions, based in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I for first shift. This full-time role offers weekly pay and a full benefits package, with a competitive hourly range and opportunities to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include basic electrical troubleshooting, HVAC filter changes, door hardware replacement, and general repair of floors, walls and fixtures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance craft experience or related education.
• Basic computer knowledge; CMMS familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools are a plus; valid driver's license.
• Craft license or certificate in one trade preferred; background check/drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Minor HVAC PMs: replace filters as needed.
• Replace door locks and hardware as needed.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Drive Company vehicles for tasks such as snow removal, material pickup, etc.
• Small project work.
• Some weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Essential Functions for theFacilities Maintenance Technician Iposition:

Requirements for theFacilities Maintenance Technician Iposition:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• 2 plus years of general maintenance craft experience or education.
• Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CMMS software a plus.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools a plus.
• Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass both an FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.
