Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I for first shift on a full-time basis. The role focuses on timely service delivery, minor electrical/HVAC tasks, door hardware, and general building maintenance. You will work with CMMS, have 2+ years of maintenance experience, and carry a valid driver's license.

We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend/holiday on-call may be needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of general maintenance craft experience.
Basic computer knowledge; CMMS familiarity a plus.
Must be able to complete required safety classes.
Valid Driver's License.
Personal hand tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure service delivery to the client is timely and of high quality.
Perform minor electrical troubleshooting and HVAC PMs; replace filters.
Replace door locks and hardware as needed.
Repair and maintain floors, stairs, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
Assist with installation/repair of equipment.
Drive company vehicles for snow removal, pickups, etc.
Small project work and event setup/teardown.
Utilize CMMS work order system.
Occasional weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.
