Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I – first shift. You will perform routine maintenance, minor electrical and HVAC tasks, door hardware, flooring, and event setup to keep client facilities running smoothly.

CMMS use is required. This full-time role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, life, disability), plus a 401(k) with company match, HSA, paid time off and nine holidays.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• 2+ years of general maintenance craft experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CMMS software.
• Must be able to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools are a plus.
• Craft license or certificate in one trade preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery to the client is timely and of high quality.
• Perform minor electrical system/circuit troubleshooting.
• Perform minor HVAC PMs and replace filters as needed.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintain floors, stairs, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Assist with event setup and teardown and moving furniture.
• Assist with installation/repair of equipment.
• Drive company vehicles for tasks such as snow removal and material pick up.
• Engage in small project work.
• Occasional weekend, holiday, and on‑call availability.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour

Essential Functions
