Job summary

Elderwood Village at Greece is seeking a Maintenance team member to perform general repairs and upkeep for buildings and grounds. You will handle electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and equipment maintenance while keeping residents and staff safe.

The role requires reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift and move heavy items. On-call may be required; shift is Mon-Fri, days, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver license required.
• On-call availability may be required.
• Experience with basic maintenance equipment recommended.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry duties.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, and driveways, including snow/ice removal.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment as needed.
• Ensure resident and staff safety and confidentiality.
• Report safety issues and follow facility procedures.
• Attend meetings and participate in ongoing training.
