Job summary

Elderwood at Lockport is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to keep our residents' environment safe and well-maintained. You will perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, grounds maintenance and snow removal as part of a dedicated team.

Shift: days, typically 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, with earlier starts possible during snow removal season. Weekend on-call rotation is required. Candidates should have prior maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, parking lots, and driveways including snow/ice removal.
• Handles freight and moves heavy furniture/equipment.
• Ensures safety and quality of care for residents and staff.
