Job summary

Elderwood Village at Bassett Park in Mill Village, MA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant for an afternoon/evening shift. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have at least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Current valid driver's license is preferred.
• Experience with facilities maintenance and basic repair tasks is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, and driveways, including snow/ice removal.
• Handle incoming/outgoing freight and move heavy furniture/equipment.
• Ensure resident and staff safety and confidentiality.
• Drive company vehicle as needed and maintain punctuality.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and HIPAA guidelines.
