Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance or facility management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tools, equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and machinery.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Conduct regular checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate and prioritize work orders.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment conditions.
