Job summary

Lexima Lodging in Charlotte, NC is seeking a reliable part-time Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure smooth operation of our facility.

The role requires hands-on skills with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety. You will maintain records, respond to maintenance requests, and support a positive, efficient property environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
