Qualifications

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of community
• Assist with basic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
• Assist with suite make-ready preparation
• Follow safety standards and drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned
