Job summary

You will coordinate with vendors, schedule repairs, and oversee in-house and third-party work while complying with all safety regulations and company policies.

This role requires basic electrical, carpentry and plumbing skills, the ability to follow instructions, and good communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, carpentry and plumbing.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and basic documentation skills.
• Experience with maintenance software and PC use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility, shop, grounds and dock areas.
• Coordinate with vendors; oversee repairs and service contracts.
• Schedule and oversee in-house and 3rd-party repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and company policies.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and light construction tasks.
• Assist with snow removal and landscaping as needed.
