Job summary

Peninsula Behavioral Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform remodeling and repair duties on-site at multiple agency locations and to assist the Facilities Supervisor in upkeep and safety tasks.

The role requires a minimum High School Diploma/GED, three years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. You will work 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and basic custodial duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Three (3) years of experience in maintenance, general labor and contracting, or general construction maintenance position.
• Valid Driver's License (must have a satisfactory and insurable driving record to drive company vehicles)

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site remodel and repair duties at multiple agency locations.
• Assists the Facilities Supervisor in all necessary aspects of maintenance and repair.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, and constructing office furniture.
• Participates in routine janitorial and custodial tasks and deep-cleaning activities.
