Responsibilities

• Water grounds and flower beds.
• Empty pool area trash cans.
• Sweep office front area and parking areas.
• Sweep breezeways and pool areas; arrange pool furniture.
• Perform maintenance in office, club-room, models, etc.
• Wear company ID at all times and maintain a courteous attitude.
