Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain a safe, efficient and inviting facility and grounds.

The job requires good physical and mental health, ability to lift 50–75 pounds, and a schedule that may include weekends. You will perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance, handle general labor tasks, replace light bulbs, assist with health, fire and safety inspections, document reports for the Director of Building Services, and conduct regular inspections to

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance in a thorough and timely manner.
• General labor tasks including loading/unloading, moving materials, and errands.
• Maintain and replace light bulbs for safe lighting.
• Prepare for and participate in health, fire, and safety inspections; document reports.
• Conduct regular inspections of building and grounds to maintain standards.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner as directed by the Director of Building Services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
