Cor Healthcare Partners is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician to support building safety, preventative maintenance, and daily operational readiness. The role emphasizes reliability, responsiveness, and strong problem‑solving skills to ensure a safe, functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The position offers full-time daytime hours (9AM–5PM) with competitive hourly pay and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, facilities, or building operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic building systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks as a Maintenance Technician
• Address repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance needs
• Monitor building systems, equipment, and facility conditions
• Identify and report safety, maintenance, and environmental concerns
• Perform routine inspections to help ensure the facility remains safe and operational
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety standards and facility procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and maintenance activities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
• Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
