Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Fleet) to perform maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, and support daily operations to keep vehicles safe and functional.

You will respond to maintenance needs, handle on-call duties when the manager is unavailable, and maintain accurate records for uptime and safety across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL-B license is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record (no points or moving violations in past 3 years).
• Basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical experience.
• General knowledge of vehicle and facility maintenance.
• Ability to perform hands‑on maintenance and repairs.
• Willingness to be on‑call when needed.
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Facilities and fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Manage and update maintenance work order system.
• Inspect buildings/grounds for issues and safety concerns.
• Repair or replace light fixtures and ceiling tiles.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs.
• Conduct basic roof inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with departments.
• Assist with general facility upkeep and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and on‑call duties.
