Job summary

Red Tail Residential is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support multi-family communities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs to ensure safety and comfort for residents and staff.

The role requires at least two years in maintenance, familiarity with multiple trades, and a preference for EPA Universal and CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a maintenance technician; multifamily experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting is a plus.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, ventilation).
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Service appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Complete light carpentry, drywall, and hardware repairs.
• Install and maintain flooring, cabinets, and countertops.
• Prepare units for occupancy and assist with seasonal maintenance.
• Inspect and clean common mechanical and storage areas.
