Qualifications

• Proficient in three or more Plant Operations trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
• Must pass criminal background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, organizing and supervising maintenance activities to keep facilities safe and operational.
• Maintains HVAC controls and related equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Performs repairs in electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems as needed and notifies lead for major work.
• Inspects and tests equipment, conducts preventive maintenance, and keeps records.
