Qualifications

• Trade school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Knowledge of locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
• Handle more complex assignments across multiple systems or cross-departmental work as needed.
• Utilize knowledge of locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems to complete tasks.
• Repair heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, and ventilation systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain motors and specialized equipment.
